How long have you been a photographer?

 I’ve been shooting weddings since 2018!

What is your turnaround time?

 My turnoaround time for shoots is 5-7 business days. Turnaround time for wedding galleries is 2-3 weeks. During busy seasons is when these days will hang around the latter end, but I do my best to get the photos back to you sooner than these dates! Getting a rush return is also available for wedding package add ons if you would like them sooner than the current turnaround time. I typically send a few wedding sneak peaks for the gram though.

What should I wear?

A general rule of thumb I follow is keeping it simple. Avoid heavy patterns or prints. Wearing neutral and pastel colors is always a safe option as some of the brighter colors like bright red/pink can be distracting. Wearing too much accessories can also be distracting, but having an accent piece can elevate your outfit as well. Pinterest is always a great tool for getting outfit inspiration for photoshoots. Don’t feel like you have to go get new clothing to make your pictures look amazing. The pictures will look amazing if you show up as you are! Wearing clothing that you already know you are comfortable in and love is great.

Do i need to know a location?

 You don’t need to know where you want to shoot! I have a list of locations I can discuss with you. Depending on times of the year and the timing of the shoot, different locations are going to be better than others. I can talk to you about all of this! If you already know a place that has meaning to you or that you would like to shoot at, we can discuss times that will offer the best lighting opportunity.

What if I don't know how to pose?

Dont' even worry about it!  I have lots of experience posing people I will guide you through the whole process and give you both poses and prompts to get genuine smiles and laughs with each other. If you do have some very specific poses you want to make sure I get, you can always send me some inspiration pictures, and I will make sure I get those for you.

What if the weather is bad?

 If it is extreme rain or snow that makes it not possible to do your shoot, there are options. We can either reschedule for a later open date, or find a way to make it work that day such as renting a studio, shooting indoors, or just embracing the weather. Usually light rain and snow is manageable for pictures though. In the end, it’s up to you to reschedule for your shoot and I will do my best to make an available time later on for you. For bigger events that can’t be moved such as wedding day, I have experience working in all sorts of weather, so just sit tight and everything will work out.

Do you travel?

Yes, I do travel! Outside of the Cache Valley area, I do have a small travel fee to accommodate for time and gas. If you would like a quote for additional traveling expenses, contact me through my form and I will get back to you! 

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, and I can customize a payment plan for you based on your needs. If you want to split up payments biweekly or monthly, I will just set up invoices to be sent to you at those intervals. If you want to just pay everything in lump sum before the due date, that works too. I accept payments through PayPal, Venmo, Check, or Cash.

What is due initially to book with you?

 I have a 20% initial payment for any shoot or package. This initial payment, along with signing the contract, will reserve your date and is non-refundable. It all goes towards the final price of the shoot.
