This wedding at the Barn in the Old Paradise was so gorgeous thanks to all of the great vendors! The hostess of the Barn was so kind to work with. Definitely recommend considering this venue while planning your wedding. The Barn has room downstairs for the bride to get ready in, along with the milk room that’s south of the barn with a kitchen area and bathrooms. The location lays around Paradise/ Avon country with beautiful fields and mountain views that you can see outside when the barn doors are open.
Some of the other great vendors was Cheyan Rose Artistry as HMUA for the bride, Sage Willow Weddings as the decorator, Garden Gate Girl as the florist, Utah Sparklers for the exit, and Snow Da’s as a drink stop. The vendors you choose to work with have a huge impact on the ease and look of your day, so look for ones that you feel like can accomplish your vision!
One unique thing Brittany wanted to do for her wedding day was to do a first look with her dad in his retired Military suit. It was such a special moment. I loved when he put his hand out to all the people watching and said “This is my beautiful daughter.” So cute. We did Brittany’s bridal pictures before the wedding and kept the prints secretive until after we did a first look with dad and the groom and it was definitely worth it.
And one last note, I love it when brides choose fun shoes. Cowgirl boots are a personal favorite. I always try to make sure to get pictures of those fun little details that reflect your personality and what make the wedding what it is! There is so much work that goes into weddings, and details make a huge difference, especially when they’re close to your heart and your story. Brittany and Ethan got married on the one year anniversary of being together as a couple. Now that’s a meaningful detail that we love to see!
